Project 365 #25

Wednesday, January 26th, 2011

This past December Kathryn and I were at the Bellevue Botanical Gardens viewing their Garden d’Lights with some friends and coworkers. It was dark, rainy, and I was trying to handhold my camera set to a slow shutter speed. Let’s just say I didn’t get many keepers. Then I saw this; not the best exposure, my lens had rain drops on it, and I was a bit shaky but the long exposure caught this apparitional shot of Khalil as he turned to walk forward while the shutter was still open.
